‘The spirit Moving EP’ is an interaction with the realms of the soul. All three songs are improvisations, being immediate impressions, lifted from the dialogue of the subconscious onto 1/4 inch tape. Carving out the contours of instinctive emotions and poetical intuition, they are conjured from the transcendental ritual of creation. Each song is a journey, a message, a philosophy, a deliberation, preserved and imprinted into its own sonic landscape. Together, they conjure an observation of the spirit moving through dimensions of time and existence, and into the search of being.’

Blown about by our boards as we ran from the waves, along the sand dunes and back into the car, we turned on BBC Radio 6 Music and were met by Guy Garvey's Finest Hour & Elbow playing 'Passing Me By' on the radio as the rain cascaded outside. We were interviewed by Made In Shoreditch Magazine about our music, in which we discussed our recording process, philosophy on creation and feelings on lock down as musicians.
“We seek for our music to emulate a living entity, with the lifeblood being the very performance of each song. We use analogue production and recording methods as a frame to capture the sonics of each space in which the performances are made, and owe our influence predominantly to the landscapes that surround the conception of each song. Our work is the product of a way of life; a medium of expression and documentation as we live it.”
