Words can’t quite express the profundity of Friday evening. To us it felt to be a coalescence of the powerful forces that constitute the project itself and those individuals involved who have taken it to heights we could never have anticipated. It was an evening of passion, honesty, love, transcendence and a willingness to give oneself to the depths of their emotions.
We’d like to pay huge gratitude to all of those who joined us for the evening. Playing to a full room of individuals who gave themselves fully to both performances, with open hearts, you elevated the evening to that of a spiritual experience for us. Being an all artist-curated event, your attendance facilitated every individual who partook in both projects, enabling each artist to be paid as they should be in the UK for the hard work that goes into curating such events. So too did your generosity help us raise £520 for the charity ‘Suicide & Co.’ We would also like to thank them for coming down to the evening and delivering a very informative and heartfelt speech in how the charity provides services for those bereaved individuals who are effected by suicide.
We would like to thank ‘Pillow’ for the most incredibly profound set of music, in making the evening what it was as an immensely powerful double bill.We would also like to thank Simon and co from St Michael for providing us with one of the most special venues this country has to offer. Finally, thank you to Richard Jones for his stunning, soaring violin brilliance, Fraser Bowles for his deeply moving cello performance, Alfred Weedon for bringing the house down on double bass, to Jools Owen for his incredibly moving and heartfelt performance which brought goosebumps to us, and finally, with all our hearts to James Osler who defies all artistic and cognitive limitations. He provided both sets with a mystical magic, and worked tirelessly as ‘Nocturne Presents’ alongside both of us under our label imprint ‘The Road Records Studio’ in making this evening as uniquely profound as it was. We are delighted to announce our returning to the awe inspiring Church of St Michael on December 15th, with our full band and string section, playing in the round. Joining us as a do-headline is the hauntingly beautiful outfit, pillow. As an all artist-curated evening hosted by our own label the road records in conjunction with nocturne, we seek to offer a uniquely immersive and intimate experience which will provide a passage for audience members to lose themselves to the magnanimity of the beautiful setting of St Michaels Church, encompassed by the soaring sounds of musical landscapes that encapsulate deep themes worthy of the changing of ones perspective.
This is a fundraiser event for Suicide & Co, a charity which works to support bereaved individuals and open the conversation about suicide related grief. You can read more about the charity here

We’ve been incredibly busy over the past few months, with some exciting news to come. It’s been such a pleasure working with such talented individuals to help make tangible, our ever-growing, ever shifting artistic inspirations.
We are to begin traversing the UK with the wonderful Silver Moth next week. If you’ve not grabbed a ticket yet, be sure to do so in a city near you, as tickets are selling fast. It will be a special opportunity to see the collusion of two other-worlds encapsulated in one magical evening, so be sure not to miss it!

We’re heading off on tour around the UK supporting Silver Moth.
We are currently on a research trip for our next body of work, adventuring through the wild landscapes of the UK, exploring ancient sites and their connection with the subconscious/dreamtime.

Music For Iran
We are so pleased to have been a part of this compilation album, made in aid of an incredibly important and powerful cause! Head over to the link below to listen to the album and show your support to this cause!

This is a compilation of tracks from different artists to raise awareness and funds to aid the current revolution on-going in Iran against gender apartheid.
This female led revolution is one of the biggest women’s rights movements in history. The money raised from this compilation will go towards a campaign by Iranian grassroots organisation, Free Them Now, which helps political prisoners to gain access to basic needs, and organises international support. This includes legal help, financial support for them and their families, helping them to contact their families and funding travel for visits, campaigning for their release, fighting to overturn issued death penalties and more. International support is key, for pressurising the Iranian government and giving power to the people themselves, but also for morale and momentum.
Throughout the Islamic Regime’s history of power, there have been countless examples of international pressure leading to the release of innocent prisoners. For example, actress Taraneh Alidoosti was recently released due to mass social media attention, international campaigning and general media coverage. This has also been the case for Hossein Ronaghi, Keyvan Samimi and many more. International attention is also what led the UN to finally investigate the crimes of the Islamic Regime, and without this support the revolution would not have the momentum and power that it has today.

Through the simultaneous layering of the subconscious realm, coupled with the natural landscape, the Two Wrongs short offers a passage into the rich tapestry of creation and destruction that lies at the heart of the balance of all things"
